Where do I go when I arrive at India Cold Chain Show 2017?
If you pre-registered for ICCS 2017, you should have received your registration confirmation email when you registered. Bring it to ‘Online Registration’ desk and collect your name badge and complimentary show directory. The registration area is located in Hall 6 inside Bombay Exhibition Centre. The procedure is same for the International attendees. The badge is valid for all show days.
I have not registered online; can I register when I arrive?
Yes, simply fill up the ‘visitor registration form’ and submit at Visitor registration counter. You are encouraged to attach your business card to the form. You must be older than 18 years to visit the event. Registration hours are:
Tuesday, 12 December 2017 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Wednesday, 13 December 2017 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday, 14 December 2017 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
What if I did not receive my registration confirmation?
Go to online visitor’s counter and provide your business card and your last name. The staff will provide you a copy of show directory and your name badge. The badge is valid for all show days.
How can I find a specific exhibitor?
The list of exhibitors, product details, floor plan of exhibition, conference/seminar program and other show information is published in show directory. The visitors can purchase the directory and pre-registered/online registered visitors can collect their copy from ‘Online Registration’ desk while collecting their badge(s).
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is huge space for car parking within Bombay Exhibition Centre for both Exhibitors and Visitors.
Are there any fees for parking at the venue?
Yes, parking is available at a cost ₹ 20 for two wheelers and ₹ 100 for cars.
Which gate of the Bombay exhibition centre do I entre from to get to the parking area next to Hall 1?
To get to the parking area next to Hall 1 you need to enter from Gate no. 2 of the Bombay Exhibition Centre
What are different modes of transportation to reach Bombay Exhibition Centre?
Mumbai being the commercial capital of India is well connected to all parts of India and to key international destinations. The Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA) is one of the busiest airports in the country with 4 terminals – 2 international and 2 domestic. There is a free shuttle service between the international and domestic terminals for passengers in transit.
The railway network connects Mumbai to all major cities of India.
Mumbai also has air-conditioned buses plying between cities like Pune, Nashik, Solapur, Surat etc.
Getting to Bombay Exhibition Centre
Prepaid taxi services are available at the airport, which will cost you approx. INR250 – 350, and the travelling time would be about 20 -35 minutes depending upon the traffic.
Local taxis and three wheelers colored in yellow and black just outside the airport, which will cost about approx. INR. 150 – 200 and approx. INR 100 – 150 respectively.
From Railway station
The nearest railway station is Goregaon, which is about 15 min away by the most popular three-wheeler service and cost you about INR 20.
Form Goregaon station you can catch local train to all parts of Mumbai and subsequently catch express trains to major cities in India.
The internet/Wi-Fi service is available during show days on a chargeable basis. International visitors are provided internet access complimentary.
You can deposit your bags at the baggage counter when arriving at registration area. This is a complimentary service for our domestic and international visitors. High security arrangements have been made to safely store your baggage. However, we encourage you to take your valuables such as laptop etc. along to avoid any possible theft or loss.
